View Building Performance Analysis
The Building Performance report
documents the Rentable/Usable
ratio (which shows how well the
building is designed) and the
Usable/Rentable ratio (or efficiency
rate) which shows how well you are
using the rentable space
2
This report is helpful in analyzing
space to lease and buildings to
purchase, as well as indicate the
efficient use of space you already
occupy. Note: To ensure that the
report uses your latest data, run the
Update Area Totals task prior to
running this report. If you do not
first run this action, the report will
present data from the last time that
the task was run.

The BOMA 2010 Office Space
Standard document redefines the
calculations for certain key fields
found in the Building Performance
report, such as R/U ratio and
Rentable Area, and introduces new
calculations such as R/O Ratio and
Occupant plus Allocated Area. The
BOMA 2010 standard provides two
methods -- Method A and Method B
-- for calculating these values.
