• Steven Berkoff
Taster activity
Response to a stimulus.
In pairs look at the image you have been given.
Mind map your ideas for a devised performance
in response to this.
Consider: the storyline you want to
communicate, how/where will you stage it, what
style will it be performed in?
Each pair will present their idea.
Final Tips
• DO NOT SEE THIS A “SOFT” OPTION!! The
course is just as demanding as any other ALevel.
• Be prepared to commit to additional
rehearsals for practical exams.
• Be accepting that the theory elements of the
course are just as important as the practical.
