you need.

Types of Filters

Filter by Selection
• Simply highlight desired data in table datasheet and
apply filter

Filter Excluding Selection
• Highlight undesired data in table datasheet and apply
filter

Filter For…
• Right-click in desired field in table datasheet and enter
required data

Filter by Form
• Can enter single, or multiple pieces of criteria AND can
also save the filter as a query

Creating a Database Using the
Database Wizard


The Database Wizard is similar to using the Table Wizard, except
that the end result of the Database wizard is the creation of an
entire database (tables, queries, forms and reports). The only
thing left to do is enter data.
To create a new database using a wizard:





Within Access, click the File menu and then click the New
command.
In the New File bar on the right of the screen, click the
General Templates option.
Within the screen that opens, click the Databases tab.
Double-click one of the database wizard options.
Answer the questions on the series of screens that appear
about how you want your database set up.
