• Mercury has a thin atmosphere because it barely
has an atmosphere

• -184 C to 427 C
• When it is cold it gets real cold and when it gets
hot It gets real hot
MOONS
• There is no evidence of moons orbiting Mercury
MESSENGER
• A messenger has recently provided possibility of
water in the form of ice at the bottom of a crater
HUMANS ON MARS
• If a human lived on Mercury without specific
equipment they would freeze or be burned to
death on the type of day
