• Demonstrate unique benefits of managing content and devices w/in single company
Goals
• Drive incremental hardware sales by providing customers with compelling content
offering (Sony movies, TV, and music) only available on Sony devices
• Establish a “Home Theater Window” with terms that may be adopted by broader
marketplace

• Q4 CY09: Launch Sony Club on Bravias and connected Blu-ray players
• Q1 CY10: Launch on PSN
• Offer SPE theatrical titles in any early window (before DVD street date)
Home Theater
Offering
• Titles to be streamed and generally offered a la carte
• 1-2 titles per year included “free” with purchase of Sony hardware of $100 or more
• Continuation of offer contingent on 2-3 other studios participating by Q1 CY10
• 100-200 FOD library films per year (10 to 20 titles per month)
