confusion

ISSUES….and provide continuity for the future.
Establish “Lessons Learned” Documents.
Provide tutorials to local conf Org Committee:
Capture contact database
Capture Plans for later reference
Teleconf often to coordinate the plans
Identify Committee structure in Marketing plan
If the ITPC can do it …so can GMIS
Last Thoughts … the real workers
