Remote maintenance allows :

Image processing : more efficient in order to improve the selectivity.
Identification of defects according to shape criteria (density, size, main
direction). It is possible to differenciate a mould seam and a defect for
example.

Quick job change :
1. Using 12 cameras in order to :
• Obtain high resolution 100% coverage
• Avoid optical adjustments : the fields are fixed and the optical
adjustment is done only once (during the installation of the
machine)
• Avoid mechanical adjustment,
• Obtain an high resolution analyse even on large containers,
• Optimise the observation angle for the neck analyse thanks to an
additional camera
• Obtain repetitivety of adjustments
• Availability of 4 direct central cameras for a better inspection,
• Mix STRESS and TRADITIONAL inspection.

• Characteristics (photometric, geometric) completely driven by
