INNOVATIONS
• Dubai wanted to increase the beaches length since it owns a short
coast. Dubai Palm has increased the length of the beaches amazingly
by 70 Kilometers.
• The main structures were made with natural material to preserve
environment and, 94 million m³ of sand and 5.5 million m³ of water
breaker rocks which is enough to build two Egyptian pyramids.
• The Normal building period for this kind of projects is 15 years, but it
has been built in 5 years.
SUCCESS IN PALM JUMEIRAH
• Built 4000 luxury villas and apartments for 120,000 people
• Around 97 hotels and increasing.
• All units were sold before they were even built
• Have one of the best marine life that is taken care of all the time
