Implementation Support in Participating States
(Rs 1821.8 Cr – US$ 303.6 m - 85 %)
• Improving systems at State level: GIS labs, monitoring systems,
CB support, upscale innovations, project management support
• State Specific problems and issues : appropriate technology
solutions for saline, ravine, mine affected areas etc.
• Improved incomes for landholders and assetless: value
addition of farm products, business models, market and credit
linkages
• Urban Watersheds (small peri-urban settlement ) 2 per
state: delineation of watershed and catchment treatment, in-situ
rain water harvesting, treatment of waste water for agriculture use
Project Management and Co-ordination
(Rs 71.2 Cr – US$ 11.8 m - 3.3 %)
• Upgrading the Neeranchal PIU office- provision for specialized
incremental staff costs (both full and part time)
• Incremental operating costs for travel, meetings, financial
management
• Internal/ external audit and procurement; equipments etc.
