The next steps: Case study selection?
What geographical split do we want?
Even Local Authority split? North/South? Equal number for each PO region?
What sector do we want to evaluate?
Energy/Water/Transport/Food/Other? Does this matter? Issue – how do you
consistently categories sectors?
Do we only want to look at case studies in the inception stage?
How do you baseline projects that are completed?
Should funding dictate whether a project is selected/evaluated?
Do you only want to work with community groups that have KPIs?
Direct/Indirect KPIs, do KPI’s matter? Can we rely on proxies?
Are we interested in maximum diversity of coverage?
Do we want to compare and contrast community projects?
