Agility
Agility is the ability to change
direction quickly and under
control.
Co-ordination
Co-ordination is the ability to combine at
the same time, movements of two or
more body parts.
For example – running to hit a tennis ball.
Balance
The ability to control the body's
position, either stationary (eg, a
handstand) or while moving (eg,
kicking a football whilst on the move)
Power
• Power is the combination of
strength and speed.
• An explosive, powerful movement is
achieved quickly with as much
strength as possible.
Reaction Time
Reaction time is the time it takes you
to respond to an outside stimulus.
For example – a sprinter reacting to
the starter’s gun.
