Polish, Irish, Mexican, Swedish,
Ukrainian, and Armenian.
• America has ETHNIC AND
CULTURAL DIVERSITY
• So…there is a LARGE VARIETY of
musical styles in America.

unique styles of FOLK MUSIC
Their music was for RITUALS or
CEREMONIES to TELL STORIES, or
SPIRITUAL SONGS
