Vary depending on the pathogen

Runny nose

Fever

Sneezing

Wash hands with soap and warm water


Bacteria are very picky about growing temperature
Vaccines

Not a cure- only a prevention

Keep a healthy immune system

Avoid people who are sick


Antibiotics- kill bacteria and some protozoans

Anti-virals- stop the spread of a virus

Let the immune system flush it out
