Take Practice Test
• When you finish your
notes, have your instructor
initialize your record sheet
• #4 on the Process Sheet
• Study your notes
• #5 on the Process Sheet
• Take the Practice Test
• #6 on the Process Sheet
• Keep taking the Practice Test
until you get 80% or better.
• Add more to your study notes
if that will help you.
• You do NOT need to
report/record the Practice
Test results.

• Take the Mastery Test a second time and record the
result in Mastery Test 2 Score column.
3rd Mastery Test
 If you have to take the Mastery Test a THIRD time, you must
write the Q’s and A’s down on the 3rd Time Mastery Test
sheet as you take the test.
