Conditional Forms
Conditional forms:
SÃO FORMAS QUE EXPRESSAM
DEPENDÊNCIA ENTRE UMA CONDIÇÃO E UM
FATO . TAIS CIRCUNSTÂNCIAS E FATOS
PODEM ESTAR RELACIONADOS AO
PRESENTE, PASSADO E/OU FUTURO. AS
FORMAS CONDICIONAIS SÃO PRECEDIDAS
PELA CONJUNÇÃO “IF” (SE).
EXAMPLE:
IF YOU DON’T TREAT YOUR HEALTH
WELL,
YOU DIE EARLIER.
( Se você não trata bem sua saúde
morre mais cedo)

EXPRESSANDO VERDADES LÓGICAS:
IF + SIMPLE PRESENT + SIMPLE PRESENT
CONHECIDA COMO CONDICIONAL TIPO ZERO: EXPRESSA SITUAÇÕES GERAIS
QUE SEMPRE SÃO VERDADES, OU SEJA, PELA CONDIÇÃO EXPRESSA NA
ORAÇÃO CONDICIONAL, CONSEGUE-SE UM RESULTADO ÓBVIO NA ORAÇÃO
PRINCIPAL. NESTE TIPO AS DUAS ORAÇÕES EM INGLÊS, VEM NO “SIMPLE
PRESENT”.
EXAMPLE:
IF YOU DON’T TREAT YOUR HEALTH WELL, YOU DIE EARLIER.
SIMPLE PRESENT
SIMPLE PRESENT
TREAT YOUR HEART WELL AND LIVE LONGER
One of the most important part
of the circulatory system: The heart.
It pumps blood to the whole body. It
is controlled by electrical signals
which contract its walls, making the
blood pumps inside it. The blood goes
through the arteries and vains,
carrying oxygen and nutrients
thoughout the whole body. If the
heart stops pumping for any reason,
you will
certainly die, unless
somebody can take you to the doctor
as fast as possible.

HOW THE BLOOD FLOWS IN THE HEART: THE FOUR VALVES
IT STARTS FLOWING FROM THE RIGHT
ATRIUM OF THE HEART.

BLOOD GOES INTO THE RIGHT VENTRICLE.
2- THE PULMONARY VALVE OPENS TO RECEIVE
THE BLOOD FROM THE RIGHT ATRIUM, LEADING IT
TO RECEIVE OXYGEN IN THE LUNGS.
3- AFTER THAT, THE BLOOD FLOWS THROUGH
MITRAL VALVE TO THE LEFT ATRIUM AND
VENTRICLE.
4- THROUGH THE AORTIC VALVE IT IS PUMPED TO
THE AORTA AND THEN TO THE REST OF THE BODY.

CONHECIDA COMO TIPO-2.
FORMAÇÃO:
IF + SUJ. + SIMPLE PAST + SUJ. + WOULD + INFINITIVO

DISEASE.
(SE ELE NÃO COMESSE TANTA GORDURA, ELE NÃO TERIA DOENÇA CORONÁRIA)
READING: CONDITIONAL SENTENCES TYPE-2
IF YOU TOOK CARE OF WHAT YOU EAT, YOU
WOULD LIVE LONGER AND HEALTHIER!
JUNK FOOD
The number-one cause of death in America, the
coronary artery disease, also known as heart disease
has affected more than three million american. It is the
result of plaques which has been built up in the
arteries, blocking the blood flow to the heart.
The Young era is the time to the cholesterol
laden to start being deposited in the arteries through
the types of food young people usually eat. As time
goes on and people get older, the walls of vessels start
inflamming; so calcium, lipoprotein and inflammatory
cells stick the blood stream, raising the risk of heart
attack.
So if you avoided junk food and tried to have a
healthier diet, using more fibbers, it would mean a
more natural food and certainly you would have a
healthier and longer life.
