What is memory?
Memory is our
ability to receive,
retain and retrieve
ideas and
information.
Remember the 3 R’s:
Receive,
Retain,
Retrieve.
Memory is like a muscle
The more we use
our memory the
better it gets and
the more it’s
neglected the
worse it gets.
