ALL homework is written into the agenda daily
Review with your child daily
Look for notes from me at the bottom of the agenda
All Classwork is Homework if unfinished and all Homework is
Classwork if they have extra time
Late work - Don’t run their work back unless it’s a big project
and you hear from me -part of their learning experience
Absent work is due a day later - they are responsible to get it
when they return - they find it in weekly file; look on my
internet site for that day’s homework - Posted usually by 2:45
Missing or Late Work



Homework is corrected in class on the next day,
so in general, late work is not accepted.
Long Term Projects/Reports - still need to be
turned in and will get a grade. I will deduct 10%
for each day.
Extra Credit is just that – I do not give “Extra”
work unless all assigned work has been
completed.
Friday Folders



Every Friday, students will bring home a folder with
important notes, returned assignments, and tests. Please
check this. Review scores and work with them
They need to return the folder on Monday, signed.
Reading logs are also due on Monday, so you can sign them
together,
One of the more valuable things you can do as a parent is
to praise outstanding work and help him/her learn from
mistakes.

Ranking second is reading at home
Education is a team effort. I will put my heart and
soul into everything I do, but it takes the parent
working with the teacher to make a student
successful.
Ranking top for student success is parental
involvement and cooperation.
Thank you for
your support!
