Good Card Processing
Move from RMA Holding to AWR
Issues: Constant churning of products from inbound to RMA,
from RMA to AWR, from AWR back to RMA, etc., etc., etc.
Shipping: The Picking Position
Issues: Inventory that is incorrect or not in consolidated
locations. Warehouse issue.
Having to “unpick” inventory.
PR number on repair queue e-mails.
Timeliness of information required to work PR’s already in
queue.
Shipping: The Processing Position
Issues: Inaccuracies in using Word database. Is it necessary to
use this workaround in order to produce Packing letters.
Add contact information to Replenishments (automatically).
Shipping: The “Shipper” Position
Issues: Inadvertent errors in shipping product to incorrect
addresses.
