From a push-button phone:
• Dial 6-0106 (on campus)
• Dial 936-0106 (off campus)

When prompted, enter your dictation
ID number
When prompted, enter your
Password number
Note: these two numbers should be the same.

When prompted, enter the work type
Work Types:
1 – CT
2 – MRI
3 – Chest
4 - Pediatric
5 – Bone
6 – ER
7 – GI/GU
8 – Neuro
Work Types:
9 – Vascular
10 – Ultrasound
11 – Nuclear Medicine
12 – Mammogram
13 – STAT
14 – Staff Check
20 – Page-Campbell
21 – TVC (OP Clinic)
44 – Night Hawk

When prompted, enter the exam
accession number. You will be
prompted for the next accession
number you wish to associate with
this dictation. Press the pound key
(#) when the last accession number
has been entered.

Begin dictation at the tone.
To ensure report accuracy, please
state:






Your name and the attending’s name
Accession number
The name of the template (if used)
Patient name, MRN and date of exam
Exam description
Dictate the report

When the dictation is complete:
• Press 8 followed by the next accession
number to dictate another report
• Press 5 to end the dictation session

Press “2” - Pause/Resume dictation

Press “3” - Rewind and play

Press “5” - End dictation session

Press “8” - New report
