Where to install

In those installations where other poisonous gases emissions affect pellistors - fluorine, silicon vapors,
trichloroethylene, sulfur dioxide, sulphydric acid…-. DIREX is not affected by these gases.
In those installations where there is a lack of Oxygen. DIREX, on the contrary to pellistors, it doesn´t require
Oxygen to work
For CO2 detection: As this is the one applicable and most accurate technology for this gas.
In those installations where maintenance operations are particularly complex because of temperature and humidity
conditions-: DIREX doesn´t need maintenance operations.

CONNECTIONS
4-20mA systems – 3 wires
If the system is not provided of 4-20 mA input, but 0-5V DC or 0-10V DC, then a resistor must be connected to
carry out the conversion. It must be installed in the receiver device, never in the detector.
Depending on the voltage supply of the detector it is recommended a certain resistance to obtain a proportional
voltage to the measurement range of the detector (see below)

DIREX can be connected to EUROSONDELCO / SIEMENS CC62P using
an interface. Up to 2 interfaces per module line.
Each interface allows the connection of 8 detectors automatically
addressable.
An external power supply 24V 6A should be connected for detectors
powering.
