 Este semestre yo aprendí como decir el alfabeto (how to
say the alphabet).
 Este semestre yo también aprendí como contar hasta
treinta (how to count to 30).
 Este semestre yo aprendí los días de la semana (the days
of the week).
 Por ultimo, este semestre yo aprendí describir el clima
(how to describe the weather).

 This semester I learned how to say the alphabet in
Spanish. The skills I gained by learning about this
topic include: learning how to say each letter of the
alphabet in Spanish (here is where you will orate the
whole alphabet), and that there are extra letters in
the Spanish alphabet which are ______, _________,
and __________.
That’s how you would present the first concept. The
next three concepts would follow the same format and
have their own slide:

 This semester I learned how to count up to 30 in
Spanish. The skills I gained by learning about this
topic include: learning how to pronounce each
number in Spanish up to 30, how to say my age, and
how to say the date.
Then you would proceed to count up to 30, say your
age and say the date in Spanish. Easy-peasy.

2a. Here you will present on THREE of the FOUR big
content pieces you went over with Sr. V. this semester.
The four big content pieces are:
*Cognates *Verb Conjugation *Gustar/No me gusta,
and *Día de los Muertos
 If you choose Cognates, you will say: a) the
definition of cognates b) why are they important to
know c) give 10 examples d) and say the
corresponding sentences in Spanish like you did for
the cognate assignment. For example …

A mi me gusta el color rojo (I like the color
red).
Yo no tengo buen balance (I don’t have good
balance).

 *If you choose Verb Conjugation, you will: a)
explain what the process is b) why it’s important to
know c) complete a conjugation table for any THREE
verbs of your choice. For example – DibujAR (to

 *If you choose Gustar/No me gusta, you will:
a) conjugate this irregular verb b) use it in FIVE
sentences in Spanish where you say what you like OR
what you don’t like. For example –
A mi me gusta montar en bicicleta …
(I like to ride my bike).

 If you choose Día de los Muertos, you will:
a) state the history and importance of the tradition,
including the origins, facts and altar requirements
b) explain your personal altar and how it symbolized
the person you chose to honor.

El Alfabeto y los
numeros

 Here you will say the entire alphabet
in Spanish, including the four unique
letters (ch, ll, ñ, rr)
 You will also count up to 30 in Spanish
with the correct pronunciation.
Días de la semana y los
meses

 Here you will recite the days
of the week and the months of
the year in Spanish with correct
pronunciation.
