Pronouns = stunt doubles for superstar nouns
(antecedent) and also adjectives that show ownership
(possessive)
Pronouns must correctly replace the antecedent. In
other words, it must be the same part of speech and
serve the same purpose.

is usually where the party foul occurs.

group, making sure that it agrees in number and gender.
