Present Perfect
The present perfect tense is used
to say what a person
HAS DONE.

Present perfect is the equivalent of the
helping verb “have” plus the
-ED
participle in English
We have visited NYC.
I have read that book.
Has he seen the art exhibition?
They have rented a nice car!
Have you heard of it?
Present perfect is a compound
verb, which means that the verb
is actually made up of two
words.
To form the present perfect tense, use
the present tense of HABER and a past
participle:

They fall into two groups.
-ER and –IR verbs that have two vowels
together in the infinitive form (except for verbs
that end in –UIR) have a written accent on the
“I” of the participle:
