We know that subject pronouns can be the subject
of a sentence. We must choose the correct verb
form to use with subject pronouns.

Remember these rules:
• Add –s or –es to a verb in the present
when the subject is he, she, or it.
• Do not add –s or –es to a verb in the
present when the subject is I, you, we, or
they.
