WE Status I
•DPU
–Problems in CFM identified (ringing of bus lines) and S/W workaround implemented
–FM apparently does not show the same symptoms, but showed
some erratic behaviour (MEMCOPY routine caused corrupted data
packets)
•SPU, DECMEC (but also LFI REBA, ...)
–During tests at CRISA read errors from the DSP program memory
(PRAM), only with special memory contents, were found.
–Error was found on all DSP PCBs  systematic design error!
–PACS FM SPU partially repaired, can be used for FM ILT.
 Complete repair and re-qualification after ILT will take four weeks.

•DECMEC
– During TV test (cold phase, -25°C) DECMEC FM stopped after one
hour of operation: two dead transistors found, temperature/design
problem
Delivery of qualified FM (not EMC: can be done after FPU
delivery) later than mid Feb has dramatic impact on ILT schedule
and delivery
Most of ILT has to be executed with EQM, which is not fully FMequivalent (lacking redundancy, only blue DEC)
Change to red array and swap of EQM against FM need warm-up
to 40 K
