Contract description
• The contract consisted of complex pipework
installation within a wafer manufacturing
facility. In order to achieve completion on time
the pipework was off-site fabricated into
modular steel frames, transported to site and
then installed..
Services provided
• SPIE Matthew Hall undertook several work
packages. These comprised pipework
systems for process cooling; heating and
chilled water; compressed air and vacuum, as
well as mains water and associated thermal
insulation within the fabrication facility.
