NOT to be used as an access for
visiting residents in Long Term Care.
There are a few very specific and
limited exceptions to this which only
include spouses. ALL other visitors
to Long Term Care should please
utilize our new LTC entrance.
*306 competitions in 42 different sports will be
held in 17 days
Thank you,
*Golf (returning after 112 years) and Rugby
(returning after 92 years) will be the “new”

The hot weather has certainly arrived! We
continue to work on regulating the
temperate within the building as we
transition to our new system. As you
enjoy the warm weather with your loved
one remember to stay hydrated.
AUGUST BIRTHDAYS
June B. – Mary B. – Virginia
Michael J. – Fenna P. – Kathleen T.
Agnes W. – James M. – Theresa P.
Howard S. – Philip S.
Walter S. – Clive W.
We hope you all have been enjoying the warm
weather! Birds are singing, flowers are lovely and
everyone seems to be smiling.
Please remember to our pesky pests, make sure you
have all food in baggies or sealed containers, this
will help to keep them away.
Also, families who visit the LTC side and are
bringing in clothing please remember the
procedure for labelling:
** Take the clothing to the nurses station and
Nursing staff will place in a clear bag with the
residents name and what is in the bag on it. This
will ensure they get to laundry to label. We
document the date and items labelled in the log
book.**
On another note, any maintenance requests you
need to please inform nursing staff and they will log
in out maintenance book. The requests are picked
up Monday to Friday by maintenance.
