• Muslims believe that Allah is eternal (without
limits in time).
• Any attempt to capture Allah in an image is an
attempt to limit God.
• It is an insult to create an image of God and an
image to those who worship him as it is
suggesting they worship something with limits.
• Instead, they have the 99 names for Allah to
show his qualities and his greatness.
• This is why Muslims use geometric shapes to
decorate their mosques instead of images.
