Question:
Does spoiled or fresh milk have the most
bacteria?
1.Cup of spoiled milk.
2.Cup of fresh milk.
3.BTB
4.4 cups.
5.Measuring cups.
-MILK IS HEALTHY
-BACTERIA MULTIPLIES BY 2.
Spoiled milk=>general term
for milk that has acquired a
tart taste either through
addition of an acid such as
lemon juice pr vinegar or thru
bacterial fermentation.
 Acid causes milk to coagulate
and form a thicker
consistency.
 Fresh milk is sour –spoiled- by
these bacteria's’ then these
bacteria’s are considered to
be “harmful” spoilage agents.


Bacteria grows in the food in
the fridge.
 Lactic acid which when in its
concentration is just right
(0.9%) causes milk to cur die
and taste sour---deliciously
tasty to some.
FREDRICK AND KAMARA:

We believe spoiled milk will
have more bacteria because
of it’s condition, it’s old and
because bacteria will have
grown overtime than fresh
milk has.
JOCELYN AND LAMIYA:

We believe spoiled milk will
have the most bacteria
because it’s old and chunky. It
is nasty and stinky. I believe
the fresh milk has to much
liquid to have more bacteria.
1.Pour spoiled milk into 2 different
cups and label a and c.
2.Pour fresh milk into 2 different
cups and label b and d.
3.Pour BTB in test tubes a and b.
4.Pour BTB in test tubes c and d.
5.Let sit for at least 5 minutes.
6.Observe and record what is seen.

The real yellow was cups
spoiled A, spoiled C before
and after BTB. fresh cups B
and d were pure white
before and after BTB.
Conclusion:
In conclusion the project was tested wrong. All of our hypothesis
were incorrect. The fresh milk had more bacteria and even
changed a more yellow bright color. The spoiled milk absorbed
the BTB and stayed the same color. We learned that next time
we should try and get both fresh and spoiled milk around the
same time and keep refrigerated in same place for same amount
of time.
