According to Pew Research, cell phones are the
#1 form of communication for teens,
 A Nielsen Co. survey showed that teens text
more they talk, averaging 2,272 text messages a
month compared with 203 calls,
 An online study conducted by Harris Interactive
showed that 1 in 3 teens use their phones to
browse the web,
 According to a 2010 study by Nielsen Pocket
Guide, the first age for kids to have a cell phone
is between 9 and 10

