FirstService Residential Email Signature
OVERVIEW
The FirstService Residential signature is important because it establishes the relationship between you and FirstService
Residential.
As part of our rebranding process, we will all begin using the new FirstService Residential signatures for our corporate
email communications as of June 27th. This version of Outlook does not support setting up multiple signatures.
Therefore, only the text version of the signature will be used. You must set up the new FirstService Residential
company email signature for each corporate email account you currently use*.
Only the text signature will be used for the Outlook Web App:
1. Text version - for new outgoing, replies and forward messages
This document contains step-by-step instructions on how to add your signature. All corporate email communications
must be set up with the new FirstService Residential company email signature.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Please do not set up your new email signature until the morning of June 27 th.
