 Message Displayed at ALL Colleges
and Universities

requirements have not been met by the published due date.

Note: This message is currently in production and will include C/U URL upon
completion of this project (same message as previous slide).

Student’s Status Messages
 Student must be registered in a credit courses
 RCNF program runs real time and displays
appropriate RCFN Candidate Status
 Use is Optional –C/U’s with RCFN rules not
supported by ISRS should NOT use this feature
 Campus Setup:
– C/U Staff creates a web page with information about
their RCFN rules
– Identifies URL for ITS
– Record “Web Messages for RCNP Candidates” Period
(Date Type 0039) in YRTR Calendar if planning on
displaying “Status” Messages (Note: Must be after Begin
Date for Tuition Calc)

View your Registration Cancellation for Nonpayment Status
1. Student processes registration request
2. Check RCFN Status is displayed above Class Schedule
3. Student selects link – RCFN Candidate program processes
request and brings back appropriate status message

View/Modify Class Schedule Page
View your Registration Cancellation for Nonpayment Status
1. Student selects: “View/modify Class Schedule”
2. Check RCFN Status is displayed above Grading Method
3. Student Selects link – RCFN Candidate program processes
request and brings back appropriate status message

Balance Due by Term Page
1. Student selects: Student; My Account to open
“Balance Due by Term” page
2. Program automatically runs and displays
appropriate status message below C/U message

met the financial requirements necessary to
remain enrolled after the tuition due date. For
more information go to www.xxxxxx
or
 GO “Based on current information, you will remain
enrolled in your courses. If you are not planning
to attend you must officially withdraw before the
end of the 5th business day of the term”


“You did not meet the financial
requirements necessary to remain
enrolled after the tuition due date.
Your registered classes have been
cancelled.”
– Displays when student’s classes were
dropped by RCFN program and no
subsequent registration has occurred.
