 request an account from the main screen:
• your name, title, organization, email, phone
– (subject to change)
 submit acceptance of knowledgebase
archive guidelines (organizational
approval necessary)
 receive userid & password
What are the technical requirements for
knowledge archive as piloted?
 The only requirement to access the HEI
knowledgebase is to have a current web
browser with an active Internet connection
This has been tested on both Windows and Mac
OS platforms and Internet Explorer 4.x or Netscape
Navigator 4.x or newer
 No plug-ins are required to access

