SDM-What is it?
Data needed to accomplish UR missions:
• Needed to define SOC
• Needed for payer negotiations
• Enables commercial sales
The data is like the ingredients in a recipe
SDM- Ingredients
• As in a recipe where ingredients may be:
Chopped, Crushed, Blanched , etc.
• SDM Data:
Must be Digital ( like Blood pressure) and entered into a
structured field
Cannot be text, cannot be scanned
