• Lead partner: OPEN (WHO-EURO will be approached
urgently in writing). The problem is lack of human
resources to meet the demand. Secondment would be a
solution.
• Co-Lead Partner: OPEN (Russia has been asked to
seriously consider the position
• Terminology: access -> availability
• Text finalized and ready for submission to CSR-17 if
Lead Partner is identifies.
