 Summarize the good, the bad and the ugly of calcium.
 Discuss dosing, fracture risk, muscle strength, and cancer and cardiovascular risks associated with
Vitamin D.
 Review causes and treatment of osteonecrosis of the jaw.
 Debate Drug Holiday.
 Assess risks of using bisphosphonates: Subtrochanteric Femoral Shaft Fracture, Inflammatory Eye
Disease.
 Assess risks of Protein Pump Inhibitor.
 Determine DXA testing interval.
