Apathy- you find yourself not caring about
things that you should like grades or work
Irritability- you get irritated easier
Mental Fatigue- you find that you get tired
from thinking easier

• Avoidance of responsibilities and relationshipsyou find that you dodge a relationship or don’t
want to take part in the relationship when you
have a job to do in it.
Extreme or Self-Destructive Behavior- overeating, cutting, intense drug use, gambling.

responsibilities
