Defining Sexual Violence
 Sexual assault is any type of sexual contact or behavior
that occurs without the explicit consent of the
recipient. Falling under the definition of sexual assault
are sexual activities as forced sexual intercourse,
forcible sodomy, child molestation, incest, fondling,
and attempted rape.

 If the event is serious enough, let the student body
know there is an investigation ongoing, but still
keeping names unknown
 Names of the accused shall remain confidential during
the entire process
 If necessary after the case
 Present the name (does the public need to know?)
 Careful choose which outlets shall be used to release
names (credible news sources)
