RCC (Regional Centres of
Competence) Goals (I)


The pursued goal of setting up an One-Stop Shop
(OSS ) is modernizing the administration by a process
of simplification, ensuring transparency and efficiency.
A RCC for OSS must guarantee the smooth and
efficient functioning of an OSS as a single point of
contact by answering:

What is the situation related to entrepreneurship? What is the
entrepreneur’s awareness about OSS?

Why don’t SMEs and citizens use the possibilities offered through OSS?

What can a LC do in order to remove the identified obstacles?

How will the obstacles be leveraged?.
RCC Goals (II)
