Veichi SI10 Solar Pumping Frequency Inverter An easy to interface is provided to enhance
configurability and enable remote system monitors
VEICHI-SI10 Variable Frequency Drive is positioned in
environmental-friendly and economical PV market, the product is
applicable to PV pumping system, replaces water storage with
electric storage and needs no battery modules. The direct current
generated by solar modules is input to the inverter and then
converted into the alternating current to drive various pumps
directly. Additionally, the output frequency is adjustable in real time
according to sunlight intensity change.

200 -400VDC input, 220VAC output, 0.75 to 3.7kw
350-780VDC input, 380VAC output, 0.75 to 160kw.

Commissioning
Input connecting with R T for DC input, output terminals U.W.V for connection motor.
Suggest solar panel MPPT voltage range 480V~560V.
•Check wiring before power on.
•Check parameter C-21: input voltage; C-25: controller rated power whether right. Check parameter E-56:
motor rated voltage; E-57: motor rated current; E-58: motor rated frequency whether this parameters fit to
nameplates.
•Perform JOG first to see the direction of motor running if correct. If yes, process to FWD
Related control parameters:
E-02: Frequency reference giving selection (10: solar pump control)
E-13: ACC time (20S~40S)
E-14: DEC time (3S~10S). If set it too big, make pump output power reduce too slowly. While there is
cloud, the solar panel power is not enough, make bus voltage reduce, inverter will enter sleep state. If set it
too small, make pump output power reduce too quickly. Pump will shake.

Note: The required solar voltage is 1.15 times of Inverter DC bus voltage. For example: In D5 series, recommend 540V*1.15=621V; in D3 series,
recommend 311*1.15=357V.
The required of power solar arrays is 1.3 times of rated power of inverter, shouldn’t less than 1.2 times of rated power of inverter. For example,
7R5G, the required power is 7500*1.3=9750w.
The current of solar arrays selecting approximate to rated current of inverter is OK.
