Limitation of Access Certificates

What if someone who is not covered by the Duty Holder structure
needs access to the electrical test area?
Method 1. Access by non authorised persons is
strictly controlled. When required, Authorised
Persons need to escort such persons.
Method 2. If 100% supervision may not be
maintained. A Limitation of Access Certificate
must be issued to the individual or group
leader concerned.


Batteries - Personal
Personal Injury: If
electrolyte enters the eye it should be washed out immediately with
the specified irrigation fluid using an eye irrigator. For skin burns, or if
the eye irrigator is not available, the affected area should be washed
out immediately with copious quantities of clean running water.
 Clothing
soaked with electrolyte must be removed immediately.
 In
all cases immediate medical attention must be obtained and
medical staff informed whether acid or alkaline electrolyte is
concerned.
