• Initiative- the willingness to do what needs
to be done without being told to do so.
• Self-motivation- the drive to do something
simply for the reward of feeling good and
satisfied once it is done.
• Teamwork-working together collaboratively
with a group to set goals, make decisions,
solve problems, and put ideas into action.
