“Tree House”
Environment
• Envioronmental conditions in the Solarium will vary
considerably dialy and seasonally. The plants
chosen to create a living ecosysem in the space
will need to be tolerant of these conditions.
• A Aiken Community Survey was conducted on XXXXX to
determine the preferences of the community on:
UVM Actions
• A “tree House” is recommended for the South West corner of
the Solarium. This bricked in corner will be narrow and
relatively dark, so some unique use needs to be programmed
for this space.
Draft findings by Zak Adams & Gioia Thompson,
UVM Environmental Council, January 2005.
