Overview of the HSS
• Manage & administrate housing subsidies
(National Housing Code – Programmes)
The HSS is
a system
used to:
• Guide users to correctly implement the
Programmes contained in the National Housing
Code
• Provide adequate security controls, user access
management & audit trails
• Provide a reporting tool for operational data
captured by role players at a provincial,
municipal level
• Captured data could be utilized to monitor &
evaluate the implementation of the housing
subsidy programmes
